Just got a friend to download it for me and send the DLL to try out (I'm on dialup)...as far as I can tell there arent any changes...at least, cosmetically.
Same GUI for the codec...
Bloated bitrate in comparison to what the presets say is still there...
It does kind of seem a bit faster though.
Other than that, I don't notice anything.
I guess the only way is to wait for Ivan, Garf or Menno to tell us
Or for someone to post a change log.
