Below is the format u see when choosing to d/l a song from allofmp3.com:


Codec MPEG-4 AAC

Constant bitrate (cbr)
128 kbps
192 kbps
256 kbps
320 kbps

VBR Quality selection

normal
extreme
audiophile
transcoding



When I choose VBR "audiophile" or "transcoding", the capacity (MB) of song remains same.

Is there any advantage of selecting transcoding...?

I have no idea but I was curious whether it would still play in an iPod if you select
one of those VBR settings.
