I have an image of audio CD, stored in APE-CUE (single APE). It is some V/A mix album, so tracks crossfaded, there's no pauses between them. To say correct: there's should not be any pauses between tracks, but there are.
To solve the problem, i tried to convert gaped APE (opened through CUE) to gapeless APE (diskwriter->GAP killer DSP->single file output).
Process goes till first CUE track is finished and then stops and console says:
CODE

Foobar v0.8.2
Q: is it bug or i did something wrong?
Case
It was a bug in foo_monkey. Same bug was present in all my diskwriter outputs and you can download fixed versions from http://www.saunalahti.fi/cse/html/foobar.html.
