Who will tell me which version of lame is better?
I want to encode 320kmp3 with lame, but I do not know which version of lame is better for that. what parameter and lame is the best for 320k?

I recommend you read the FAQ. It should answer all your questions. Specifically consider:

• Why are you using 320kBit in the first place, what is wrong with --preset standard (or extreme)?
• Have you read about the presets
• Have you read about the recommended LAME version?

You should be able to answer all these question after reading the FAQ.

3.90.3 is the recommended version. You can obtain it from RareWares.
--alt-preset standard, --alt-preset extreme and --alt-preset insane are the recommended switches. The Insane preset will create 320 kbps files (with some additional tweaks in quality), but Standard and Extreme should also be transparent for most samples.
