I have try it time and again, they are all garbage after lame3.92!

Too bad it is not credible. The properly start a troll regarding this, you should have tryed:
"I have try it time and again, the output is quite worst after lame3.92"
"Garbage" is too extreme to be credible on a mature encoder.
Maybe he's using -V9 -q9 to get the best possible quality!
