I am debating which one to use. I have an M-Audio Revolution 7.1. So far Shibatch has better streaming support, but MAD plugin support dithering which I use when I burn MP3 to Audio CD.

Which one?

Where is the option for the built-in Winamp decoder?

crap, I can't edit the poll.

I use Shibatch's plugin because it gives true gapless playback on MP3's encoded with Lame versions 3.90 and above.

But you might as well close this thread down, because you left out 99% of Winamp users by omitting the built-in decoder from your poll. Honestly, what were you thinking? tongue.gif

...aw, I'm just joking. Welcome to Hydrogenaudio. biggrin.gif

Um, by Shibatch's plugin, do you all mean Otachan's plugin? Or do you mean YunaSoft's, moka's, or Shibatch's original, which was based on Michael Hipp's mpg123?

so yeah, the Otachan's plug-in.

hmm, why use the built-in when there is MAD or MPG123.....especially that many of us would be using a 24-bit sound card?
