I am currently trying to convert my cd's to mp3's in order to use my new mp3 player. When I try and drag and drop my mp3's into my player it gives me a window that says song is copywrite protected, please remove protection or use another disk.
These are disk's I have bought and payed for and I would like to use them on my MP3 player. Please Help!!!
Thanks headbang.gif

Are you sure it's "copywrite" and not "copyright"? If it's "copyright", maybe removing the copyright flag might help. I saw a program which was capabile of doing that, but I cannot remember the name or the URL. sad.gif

Edit:

OK, got it...It's called MP3/Tag Studio: http://www.magnusbrading.com/mp3ts/

Try removing the copyright flag of the first frame only. If it doesn't work, set it to remove it from all frames.

It could be that he is mistakenly creating DRM-protected WMA files rather than MP3's.

It would help if you told us what tools you are using to make these "MP3's".
