Is there a program that really works for converting framerate of subtitles? The ones i have tried so far are pretty much hit and miss. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you in advance

Try Subtitle WorkShop...It sounds good

You may also try subresync by gabest. It comes with gordianknot, not sure where you can get it by itself.

you may want to try to find a format that is not framerate related (now, dont ask me which one is ), so you bascially just open/save_as into the new format....

I have tried both programs mentioned, however i don't get satifsactory results, usually the subtitles end up out of synch. Maybe I am doing something wrong, I guess it's back to the Readme for me

How about ye olde SubRip, it can be found on Doom9's download page. I have a faint recollection that the FPS conversion actually works.
