Hi folk! I have ogg files encoded at high bitrate -q9 ~300kb/s. I want decode this file to wav and burn Audio CD. For decode I use OGGdropXPd. How use option dither? No noise shaping white noise with spread spectrum, what mean light or medium? yup.
