I have a multiple CD album I want to rip, and I want the track numbers on discs 2 and on to be incremented based on the number of previous tracks on the previous discs. The first disc has 18 tracks, so start CD 2 at #19. EAC does not appear to have this option, and CDex has it but ripped files still have the original track numbers. Any ideas?
