Notice how the peak level is less than 100%. Is there anything wrong with it? Also does it look like I'm missing any settings in order to get a perfect rip? Thx

There shouldn't be anything wrong with that. It only means that the CD has been mastered without clipping any samples. This is however a bit unusual today I think, especially for Linkin Park type of music. Hmm, a bit strange really. Check that normalizing is turned off.
Rest of the settings looks OK, but those things depends on the drive a lot. If you really want to set everything up perfectly, go trough the Coaster Factory guide (see the FAQ).

Peak level is only a percentage of amplitude between 0 & 100%, with 100% being the maximum.
Your rip looks perfect. No settings are askew.

This peak level refers to the absolute amplitude that the highest sample in each song has. It gives a clue (but only a clue) if the CD is compressed/limited and/or clipped.
100% = 0 dB = sample value 32768 (16bit, 2^15=32768, 1bit for probably +/-)
0% = -infinity dB = sample value 0
Percentage and sample values are linear scales, dB is logarithmic.
If the peak levels are very different, the CD is probably good.
If the peak levels are all at 100%, the CD is most likely squashed to death.
This is also valid, if the value is below 100%. Clipping can only be created at 0dB, but it often appears at a lower volume because of normalizing down or an other process.
edit: corrected the numbers

does it matter whether I tick this option?:
Fill up missing offset samples with silence : Yes
Does it matter whether it's yes or no? Are there any options that I should tick or enable in EAC that may not be showing in my log that should show? I want to rip to .flac as perfectly as possible. Thx
Edit: There seems to be trouble getting flac to compress the file, as the output file is still .wav and not .flac. Look at my log that EAC created.

Then go through the Coaster Factory guide in the FAQ as I pointed out earlier.

Hey guys, in case you don't notice, how come the filename repeats itself? Look at how the filename setups and you'll see that it repeats itself. This is very disturbing and annoying.

you can change that (EAC > EAC options > filename tab)

About the naming scheme, I used "%A - %C\%A - %C - %N - %T" for the first field. For the second field, which is the various artist one, I ticked the option and used the following naming scheme, "%C\%C - %N - %A - %T".

Hey guys, just so you know. The problem that I am encountering only occurs when I try to rip a compilation album or an album with various artists. The problems with filenames repeating itself and display issues with foobar is gone when I try ripping a SA album or an album with one artist. So does this mean that uberflac have problems ripping albums with multiple artists? Also how do I get EAC to automate the process of flac encoding the files at the highest possible compression?
--best %s -T uberstandard=FLAC -T comment="uberstandard flac" -T description="uberstandard flac" -T title="%t" -T artist="%a" -T date="%Y" -T
genre="%m" -T album="%g" -T tracknumber="%n"
I heard that the --"best" indicates the compression mode, but is it the highest? Which is a compression mode of 8? Thx

Oh, I think I know what you did wrong

It is the tracknames in the main EAC window for a Various Artist CD. Write them as
Artist / Trackname. You probably wrote them as
Artist - Trackname, and then you get that weird effect you mention.
