Being new I wasn't sure whereabouts to put this post; admin please feel free to move it if I'm not quite in the right place.

Hi,

a few razorlame questions from a new guy.

Is there a tutorial or guide for RazorLame 1.1.5?

Something that will deal with the differences from previous versions?

I was using the guide from the Coaster Factory, but it's for an older version, so I've ended up a bit confused, especially regarding the Lame Options stuff.

On the Lame Options bit, the Description and Save/Load Options bit above the Tabs wasn't covered by the guide I was reading.
I'm confused as to how this relates to the settings I can change in detail on the tabs below.
Do I need to load an option first, then edit the tabs approriately?
What do the various options I can load automatically mean?
I can't seem to find the alt preset standard one, which I thought was meant to be just that, the standard.

any help or pointers to help much appreciated

thanks

I can't seem to find the alt preset standard one, which I thought was meant to be just that, the standard.

For alt-preset standard it's pretty simple. And you don't need to save and load options if this is the only setting you're going to use.

1. Go to "Lame Options"
2. Click on the Expert tab
3. Type "--alt-preset standard" into the custom options text box. (Without the quotes)
4. Tick "Use only custom options"

Thats it you're done! RazorLame remembers this setting until you change it.
