can anyone give me a hint? foobar converts it to wav and i cant cant find a diskwriter mpc plugin.

You cannot split mpc without re-encoding.
Technically it should be at frame bounderies but there is no tool yet.

As far as I remember, the mpc diskwriter plugin is just the mpc encoder. You need to let foobar know the location of the encoder and it should work. It might just read MPPENC.EXE. Browse to the location of the encoder and try that.
