Hi, I noticed that with many of the mp3s I downloaded (and even some old ones I encoded with --r3mix) have a volume that goes louder and softer sometimes. Sometimes it's really frequent and annoying. What's this artifact called?

A ' volume that goes louder and softer ' is too vague...can you post a clip that shows this artifact?
