I listen to a lot of electronic mixes with a cue file and there are only certain songs that I like from an album. I usually use musiCutter to do the job, but I kinda wanna eliminate the middle man and just cut the song out straight from foobar. Is there a plugin that does that?

but mp3DirectCut does a good job of cutting mp3s according to a cue file:
