Full Version: Video player with configurable streaming buffer?

I've just upgraded to wirelessG and have been testing it out.. unfortunately for my PVR mpeg2 files at 3.5gig/hour are just beyond the bandwidth when the reception isn't ideal.. with little hiccups every 20 seconds or so..

I was hoping that there would be a player that would let me set the streaming buffer to try and combat this.. something like

1 buffer size to prebuffer before playing
and a total buffer size which will then attempt to be filled whilst playing (if you do have the majority of time with sufficient bandwidth)

I've looked at zoomplayer, bsplayer, videolanclient .. none seem to have the buffer size tweakable

test.. (sorry guys.. I'm having some problems with my connection)
