Hi,
I am a NEWBIE to audio related things. So I was wondering if there is a possibility to do the following:
- Rip an audio cd (*.CDA files) to WAV files
- Encode these WAV files to DTS
- Burn these DTS files to an audio CD
- Result: a DTS audio CD
I really don't know if this possible, so I'd like some more information on this.

what would be the sense of that ? Quality would certainly not get better! So you can just use the original CD

there's no sense in transcoding 44.1khz stereo cd into [whatever!] cd.
the only use i can think of for dts-cd creation, is when you have a 5.1 source (48khz AC3 from dvd, for example).
