Are those hardware descriptions(?) like pci express and all that kind of upgrades be written in books?
Do those IDE, PCI, CPU, and chipsets be written in books with detailed explanation?

Sounds like an A+ certification book would help you. Check the reviews on amazon.com to find one that teaches the material not just the test.
Then, check out these two sites. They are very good.

I don't think there are good books about these new technologies, it just changes too quick. Books would be outdated very soon. But what you can do - if you really want some technical background beyond the usual press releases & reviews - is to read the technical specs. Some sites with specs (usually as PDF):
http://www.pcisig.com/specificationshttp://www.formfactors.org/DeveloperResources.asphttp://www.intel.com/products/desktop/inde...oducts_desktop&http://www.amd.com/us-en/Processors/Develo...252_739,00.html..and so on. Keep your eye out for things like "developer resources", "technical specifications" etc. and you should find some in-depth information.
