Considering WinAMP can play WMA, and with the older version of the WMA input plug-in it can even copy WMA to WAV for CD-burning purposes, just why in the heck would you want to convert WMA to MP3.
And oh yeah, by the way, you won't gain any quality by doing so. Sound information lost in lossy compression like WMA, AAC, OGG, MPC, MP3pro and MP3 can never be restored. Rather, reencoding with a lossy format will cause even more loss of quality.
