ok i am new at this ripping cds to mp3 my question is this when i rip a cd track to 192kbs and then burn that track to cd will that track be 192kbs from now on?what i mean is can i rip from the burned cd the track at 192kbs and have it be 192kbs?hope this made sence if not i apoligize.

cd track>ripped to 192kbs>burned to cd-r>rip track from cd-r to 192kbs=same quality??

NO ... that would be trancoding ... is like ripping to 192, then decoding to wav, and encoding to 192 ... you should loose some quality each re-encode
