Hey there.

I've been using foobar for a few weeks and I'm quite impressed. But there's one thing that keeps me from uninstalling Winamp smile.gif -> I got 2 Playlists - one for whole albums an one for all the other songs. I found and awesome format string for my albums but it's quite useless for the rest of the songs. So I wondered if there's a possibility to use different format strings for different playlists.

Greetings

Unfortunately, this Link is not that helpful because I would call myself a newbie in format strings :/

$if($stricmp(%_playlist_name%,the name of your album playlist),

Album Formatting string code

,

Non-album formatting string code

)

Go to title formatting settings and add this...

*EDIT*

Fixed syntax error

Ok....you know how to change the formatting string...right?

Then edit that, and insert this...

$if($stricmp(%_playlist_name%,the name of your album playlist),

Insert the formatting code you wanna use for album playlist here..

,

And the one for the non-album playlist here.

)

Give me your current string if you can't still understand.

Well, I must admit that I still have no clue oO I want the album list look pretty much like that http://pelit.koillismaa.fi/fb2k/strings.php?f=16 and the Singles List just in Artist - Title - Bitrate format...
