First of all, is there any way to get foobar to recognize id3v2 tags, and use those to parse the titles in the playlist? Its annoying how long song names are truncated.

Also, foobar seems to have a problem with albums where track numbers are set up as 1/x, or track 1 of x, and doesn't display the corresponding album for these files (I have foobar set up to display artist/album on left hand side, with songs on right hand). Any way to correct this?

thanks.

For the first part, there's a foo_id3v2 component, I think a forum search might help you to find it. It's definitely on kode54's page, as he made it smile.gif

For the second part, I don't know

I have the id3v2 component, and the playlist still doesnt display id3v2 tags. What do I need to do?

Did you reload info from files after installing id3v2 tag reader?
