Would like to use the newer MegaMix2 version of Oggenc with foobar to transcode APE files.
Can someone tell me how to configure the proper "Commandline Encoder Settings"?
What Parameters need to be set to get proper tags and all?

Foobar will automagically take care of all the tagging. 
(Unless you've got tag writing disabled.) Just set the extension as "ogg" and use "- -o %d" in the parameters. Add your favourite encoding parameters.
