I tried converting the FhG conformance MP4 streams to ADTS streams using MP4UI.. It seemed to me that in the case where channel = 0 and a Program Config Element header is required, MP4UI failed to add this PCE element into the first Element of the the first Raw Data Block of the ADTS file format!!
That is, the resultant ADTS is missing a PCE element in the first Raw Data Block !
I wonder if someone else could confirm my findings.. ??
