Foobar, by default, only shows like 3 or 4 data formats by default but if you check the box "show all options" it will list more but it will display a pop-up first. how can i make foobar always show all options?

'Show all options' should do that after you left the pop-up-window behind you (you have to set the check again).
...I guess I got you otherwise you're phrasing very very unclear.
