Does anyone know of a program that will split Ogg Vorbis files according to timing info?

Using the cool Search button of the top you will find info about musicutter or vcut

no, it is not trial...it is just alpha - that means it is not extensively tested so it's better to check the results before deleting the original file(s).

If there's an Ogg Vorbis File Splitter, does that mean there's an Ogg Vorbis File Concatenater out there somewhere too?

musicutter is able to chain .ogg files as well.
