I am trying to convert a TrueSpeech wave file using either command line with "Foobar2000" or other software. Is this possible?

What I would really like to use is DLL function calls to "tsd32.dll". I just cannot find a desription of the function calls such as "TrueSpeech_Decod". Anyone out there have this info?

Yes...with SOX

I looked at SOX but it does not work with compressed Wave files. I did find a solution that isn't beautiful or extremely fast. I am using dbPowerAmp Music Convertor (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm) which has the ability to use VB scripting language to do the conversion. Very nice and FREE program but when running the script, the program comes to the foreground for a split second. Overall, very good solution.
