I'm sorry if this has been asked before; I tried a search on the forums here and a thorough Google search, and turned up nothing.

I am wondering if there is a way to have an item show up under multiple database entired. Specifically, I would like a multiple artist album show up under BOTH artists in the database. Ex. Bob Dylan & The Band - After the Flood should show up under both "Bob Dylan" and "The Band" when using a %artist%|%album%| [$num(%tracknumber%,2). ]%title% sort.

I've got the files tagged with two different "ARTIST" tags (using OGG and Vorbis Comments), but it will only show up in the database as "Bob Dylan, The Band" as the artist, not a separate entry under both.

Someone MUST have done this before.....

You mean in the album list? Try this: artist|%album%| [$num(%tracknumber%,2). ]%title%.

Yes, that does exactly what I wanted. Why does taking the %% way from around the artist allow you to do this?

Anyway, thanks a lot...I'm a relative foobar2000 newbie, and slowly discovering all the awesome features it has!
