Hi,

I'm studying abroad for a year and I really need a record player (portable) there...
I thought about either the Numark PT01 (about 100 €)

or the Vestax Handytrax (about 150 €)
http://www.vestax.com/products/HandyTrax.htm
Both work with 12" and 7", both have a Monospeaker, audio output, run on batteries or plugged in, etc.
Vestax additionally seems to have integrated a kind of mixing device and is able to play records in a "declined" position (whatever that means)

Does anyone have experiences with either of the players?
Is the Vestax worth the extra money?
