Hi i'm a noob to this form and I understand alot of people heard are audiophiles so I was just wondering what you would suggest for good headphones. It been about the range of 50-75 dollars, if really good I probably pay about 90. There going to be used for in-home use, so there can be bulky

Koss Porta-Pros are good beneath your range. There are a couple of better ones beneath $100, but I can't remember them. Head-fi is the best source of information about headphones, unsurprisingly.

Sennheiser HD-280Pros are quite nice, and around $70 bucks online.

Take a look at
http://headphone.com/ they give honest descriptions of all headphones they sell (you don't have to buy anything from them)

Grado SR 60s are widely believed to be great for the money. Kind of ugly, and not small (but not huge).

i think for your price range the Sony MDR-V6 would be an excellent choice. or, as jaustin mentioned, the Grado SR60. (i looked into these a while back, but decided against them because they seemed less comfortable. they go more "on top" of your ear rather than "around" it.)

You'll get more accurate recommandation if you also mention what kind of music you listen to. Certain headphones excel at certain types of music. If you're a fan of rock/metal than the Grado's are for you.

There's a good deal to be had at Amazon right now on the Sennheiser 570 headphones.
Here.If I didn't already have the 545s that these replaced I'd buy a pair myself.
HD570 doesn't seem to have a good reputation and it is hard to drive. I haven't tried it myself so I can't make any real claims though.
I think you should also consider the Sennheiser HD497...
They're in the price range you want and I think they're quite good considered the price.
They're also very easy to drive and quite comfortable once you're used to them...
