I have a huge number of MP3 files scattered over my hard drive and I'm looking for a software product that is easy to use, yet powerful enough to scan my hard drive and organize all my MP3 files from their tags (Artist/Album) into separate Artist and Album folders.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Foobar2000 can do this. Using the preferences in core, you can restrict incoming files to "*.mp3*. Add the directories of your choice. Make sure the tags are correct. Use the masstagger to move the files to the directory of your choosing with the structure of your choosing. It will also delete any empty directories that you leave behind. Note that it will not move any other files over, only the media files.
Galley
RealPlayer 10 can also do this.

doesn't winamp media library suit your needs? I have 30.000 mp3s and it organizes them just fine. Does foobar2K offer anything more in this subject?
