they should be available in eu and they should (if possible) have the sound picture similar to 'average' tv box.

they will be used for showing of the work and with the headphone amp build in they will power my hitech headphones , probably something like hd 600 or something.

which ones? (and also which headphones for editing and monitoring the final mix, the budget is very limited)
