I have a iRiver IFP 380T series. I cannot install succesfully the Manger on my Apple Mac.
No matter what I do, it always tell me "device offline". I checked line connection, iRiver on and playing, can download using Sound Edit, but Manager just will not see it.
iRiver support not existent. Can anyone give me suggestions?

I'd find a friend with a PC, install the iRiver software in his/her computer, and use it to upgrade your iRiver with the UMS firmware. Then, when you plug it back into your Mac, it won't need any drivers or software at all, and you can just drag and drop files onto the player.
