This one may give that a run for its money. Just about scared myself this morning on the way into work. Was not expecting a blast to the speakers like this from a random generated list.....

I did just manage to stay out of the ditch. (lucky for them weeds, rocks, trees....)

Heh-heh...I've been there. The worst for me is when I'm driving along with random playback and I come across a track that didn't make it through my WaveGain process, and therefore is relatively ~7db louder than other tracks. Especially if it's any of the really "bassy" stuff.

When it comes to the life of a subwoofer, over-excursion can kill. Not to mention my g/f smacking me for "scaring her". Between the two, keeping the car on the road can be tough.

So I was wondering...is their name actually "Prodigy" or "The Prodigy". The only album of theirs I own, Fat Of The Land, has "Prodigy" on the cover. But I noticed (on AMG) that most or all of their other albums have "The Prodigy" on the cover. Did they change their name? Was the Fat Of The Land cover a mistake? Just curious... smile.gif

Nice. I have a couple of Echo & the Bunnymen LPs, haven't listened to them in a while - maybe later today B)

Right now I'm listening to Covenant - Synergy: Live in Europe, while looking forward to the consert next Friday...

I consume the wind that makes you cold

Laibach on Thursday, Covenant on Friday - shame there isn't anything on Saturday to top it off with smile.gif Guess it's probably better for my ears that there isn't though!

yeah, I also came accros that one when I catalogized my collection some time ago...
the propper name, which IIRC is also shown in the videos, is THE Prodigy.
though everbody calls 'em just Prodigy, as you can see the band included. so no mistake there, AFAIK.
besides, don't you think pure Prodigy as one word sound more powerfull and somehow cooler than with a lousy (though correct) 'the' at (the wink.gif ) beginning? wink.gif rolleyes.gif
btw, another good album besides 'fotl' is 'music for the jilted generation'...

I was influenced by watching Donnie Darko smile.gif

Another influence from Donnie Darko:

Tears for Fears - Mad World - MP4

Commodores - nightshift

next up: Merseybeats - wishin' & hoping. there's also a very good interpretation of that song by Dusty Springfield.

I'll have to agree that she has a beautifull voice indeed, but I recon that e.g. that feature with eminem even got more out of her... much more melodic (IMHO).
