Well, I thought I'd show up and support JensRex and his view.
This thread is really annoying, and the likes of it are found on many messageboard across the internet. It's really sad.
Threads like these deserves public execution from any respectable moderator or admin on any respectable board. Is there one person here who can honestly say they give rats about what a guy on the opposite site of the globe listens to on his computer?
This thread is no more interesting than the logfile of my FTP-server. It holds no more content than the 350-post five months old thread about Ogg Vorbis in iRivers userforum.
Of the 350 posts, about 250 consists of "gimme gimme" replies, and 50 consist of "bump" replies, which leaves about 50 informative posts left, with 40 of these being mainly mimics of what has been said before or what is obvious. This leaves us with 10 posts. 10 interesting posts among 350 posts.
And it's not the fact that the Ogg Vorbis thread exist, that annoys, it's the fact that people are struggeling to keep it alive, by bumping it every time it drops to page 2, and when it finally doesn't get bumped, someone will dig it up when it's on page 14, and bump with a "yeah, I want ogg as well".
It is indeed a riddle to my mind...
and yea.
04. Robbie Williams - Supreme.mp3 @ 160 kbps CBR w/ no alt-presets, encoded with iTunes 2(FhG-encoder) for MacOS 9 classic, ripped on the iMac G3 400 MHz drive, which I don't know who made or how fast runs. I am listening through Sony (RealUltimateBrand) headphones, and the track was encoded with ID3V2 tags obtained through CDDB-database. It was ripped 25th of january 2003, and obtained from the "Sing when you're winning" album by Robbie Williams, which was released on the 28th of august 2000 in the United Kingdom, and followed by a release in the United States on the 3th of october, 2000. This album is Robbies third solo-album, it holds 12 songs. I haven't tried WinABX'ing the 12 songs, as there is no MacABX. All the smart reviewers liked this album, and I love Robbie Williams. Robbie Williams is
RealUltimatePower.
Oh wait, the robbie song is done now, and a new one is playing. I would like to support the lesbian all around the world, by promoting the openminded spirit that one has when listening to the controversial single from the russian teen lesbian duo TATU named "All the things she said".
This one was encoded in iTunes as well with a bitrate of 160 kbps, and no alt-presets, the tags were....drive.....no# 1 on european chart..... 2002.... Ya Soshla S Uma..... 200 KM/h in the wrong lane.... wait, do you care?
