Right, I have set it all up and it works a dream (yes the new matroska and mkvtoonix). The MKA files all open and show tracks in foobar, but.
How do I demux, convert if necessary, MKA back to Flac (and then mp3) for my portable.
If I have to run MKVExtract, then it will not open as though there is a dll missing. I had a sililar problem with merge untill I installed the mkvtoolnix-runtime.raruntime dll, if this makes sense.

Conversion from MKA Flac to MP3 should work perfect from foobar2000, just right click on the file in the playlist and goto 'conversion' ....
