Hello,

I am looking for a tool that does something like hooking into Windows' file transfers, so that as soon as I copy some MP3 files to my USB Stick MP3 Player (removable drive in Explorer), it would check if the bitrate exceeds a certain value, let's say 128kbit/s, and if so, recode the MP3s to 128kbit/s and then finally copy them as intended.
Is there any tool that provides this functionality? Or something comparable, let's say a new entry in the context menu that lets me "Copy to MP3 Player" the files...
