Hi!
Is anybody knows program, which can recode mp3s (change the bitrate of source files) without decode them into PCM format & save the tags (v1 & v2) of the source files into new ones?
I know only Razorlame but this program doesn't save the tags of the files
I know also another program - Advanced Encode Decode Tools, but it can save only v1 tags & decompress the files for decoding into PCM format.
Please help me!

I think foobar can handle that.

You could also use MP3Tag if you want to copy the tags from the high bit rate MP3s to the low bit rate MP3s.

Foobar also decode mp3s into PCM format.
MP3Tag is very inconvenient.

I don't believe that my task doesn't have any comfortable software solution.

fb2k converts to whatever you want it to. Intstall the foo_clienc component and lame.exe.

And: You have to decode to PCM to transcode to another format. I don't really understand your problem.
