since there was some confusion about what era are we living in, there goes a solution:
from this very moment a new era of art has begun, it is called

SMOKICISM

the rules (3rd draft):

1. only good color is blue (not all shades, but most) - in some special cases some other nonclean shades can be used, like indigo, but that has to be reviewed on the case by case basis.
2. do it b&w if you think you need more than just blue (so you can use blue, black, white and all the mixed colors from this origins, example: grey).
3. 2d is for sissies, only acceptable is vector art like logos, usage of cool fonts, ect...
4. 3d rules.
5. never use frames for your images (same goes for your html).
6. always focus on main motiv, dreamy backgrounds are for sissies.
7. never model/render/photograph girls half-naked, only fully naked ones are cool.
8. use techiques that worship line art and the power of line and dot (over the silly areas of color...), water tech and tempera is bad for you.
9. use motion even in your static images.
10. if you think you are compatible with this simple rules, you can use 'based on smokicism' trademark (requires additional payment usually based on either pixel or print resolution and motiv, motivs of naked girls are usually cheaper.)
- there are three very similar trademarks to be used: 'based on smokicism :: transitional' and 'based on smokicism :: strict', but one can also just use 'based on smokicism' and explain the difference with some other means of expression. (note: the usage of first is usually required when the work doesnt meet all the ten rules with exact precision, and the 2nd when the work is very strictly defined by the ten rules.)
