i have a collection of MPC. And i want to stream it to my friends so they can listen without downloading it. But All my MPC are encoded with --braindead, so they are very large. I am thinking if there are any programs that could AUTO trancode it to ogg, real audio, or window media audio format and steam it to the client...... are there any programs that would do that??

Have a look at Icecast2 that can stream ogg. I think you can transcode with winamp if you have Windows or XMMS if you have Linux with appropriate plug-in.

All the tools you need are here

I posted a stream in the vorbis technology thread that uses this method.
