I want to install a Portal @ my forum www.reismann11.de.vu

but i dont know, which portal is good and where can i download one?

HA has a Portal and i wanted to test it, can anybody give an link?

Simply scroll down to the bottom of this page and choose "Invision Power Board"

The current HA Portal is a fairly heavily customized version of the one that comes with the invisionboard software, so there's really no place to download a setup with its exact functionality. The invisionboard software is pretty easy to customize though if you know a little php.

edit: in IPB 2 i found in the admin CP the menupoint "portal" their can i enable it, but nothing happens

did it, isntalled daragons Portal, very fine, needed about 2 hrs

Talking about advanced portals, I would recommend you take a look at Xoops and Mambo. Do some googling for them.

My clan used Mambo for about 1 Year, it's good, but if you dont know PHP you cant post news through the forums.


Now I installed Daragorns Portal v 1.4.2 It is good, too.
