. I have two feature requests (As mentioned in the readme-file, the documentation of the syntax is incomplete. If these are already available, regard the request as obsolete):
1. The unique (?) $abbr(x,y) command is a great way to reduce display-length without touching information, but it only supports displaying the whole field or only the first letter of each word. I'd love to get the first 3 or 4 characters instead of just one (like "Vie Phi Orc" for "Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra").
2. I assume this would be rather tricky to implement, but I'd like to use Genre-dependent tagging. Something like $if(%Genre%=Vocal,%artist%: %title%, %title% - %artist%).
Are there any other plugins (e.g. for MP3) that support complex tag structures?
