Hi!

I was wondering which mobile phone would you guys recommend. I want one that allows digital audio on the go. So a phone that supports AAC, MP3, Ogg or even WMA (in that order of preference). Ideally it will feature an SD slot and better still support fair(y)play although I can live without this.

Any suggestions? Should I wait to see what motorolla "always with you" and Apple create together? Are there any demos of this yet?

Thanks,
Fairy

I use a Nokia 6230 mobile phone it plays MP3/AAC and has digital video playback in MP4/3GP format. It uses the MMC card format, its a rather nice phone albeit the screen is small and uses a proprietary headphone set though but it does its job rather well though, I can't fault the design of it.

So far I have seen MMC cards being used in there up to 512MB but only with certain brands. I personally use a 128MB one as that is as high as Nokia support on their website.

Nokia currently reign supreme with their implementation which is trouble free but lacking in features you would expect from a digital audio player.

I'm looking at it now... very nice. Pity it's MMC and not SD. I know MMC is cheaper but SD is more useful for me :-)
