Who can tell me if the reference code is available for HE-AAC?
If yes, where can I get it?
or else, is there any code that can be a substitution of reference code?
I need to generate some compressed bitstream, but with NERO encoder, only few features are supported, i.e. for grid generation, only FIXFIX is supported. I want to get streams of different kind.
Does any one have any idea about this?

yeah, that's corrct, but I have searched first...with no satisfying result....
btw, for answer of first question, I read the replies, and I don't think I want a 3gp file. Anyway, I will download it and see.
