In my reference Mpeg4 AAC LC decoder software, i am able to pass all the test vectors except PNS test vectors.The reference for me was the document for ISO.
Is there any change in PNS pseudo code given in the document ISO/IEC CD 14496-3 Subpart 4.

I have publicly available source code also, but this code does not pass the PNS test vector.Does the publicly available source code from Nero passes the PNS test vectors ?

But when I passed the PNS test vector,the output values do not match with the reference output given.All other test vectors pass the code from Nero, but for this its not matching with reference output.

I couldn't access the files by IE Explorer nor Filezilla..
Is there any application that I could use to access the files ?

Then Tools-> Internet Options->Advanced

In this uncheck this box--> Enable folder view for FTP sites

No... it is no longer there.. there are a few directories in there.. which one

The PNS files are AL18_xx.mp4 and AL19_xx.mp4

You are obviously applying the wrong conformance criteria. PNS is made up of random data, you do the rest of the maths. Check 14496-4 for PNS conformance criteria.
