Is anyone else here seeing problems using oggenc in stdin mode?

There is a known problem with Audiograbber, but today I found out that appearently Monkey's Audio also seems to generate problems during conversion.

Specifically, I now have 2 CD's all missing 2 seconds at the end of each ogg. And I already deleted the originals.

The exact problems seem to vary, but they're all related to oggenc and stdin encoding. Is anyone else seeing them?

CDex is excellent software, but I don't have complete faith in the Windows pipe implementation, especially in XP and 2000. The maximum pipe throughput is just about 100MB/ps and seems to be prone to some issues, so this may be unrelated to the software itself. I'd recommend not encoding on the fly if your using Win32.
