I was wondering does anyone know if it is possible to edit out commercials from streamed audio from places like air america, i have a recorder and i just can't stand all the commercials anyone have a idea or solution?

If you are asking for a program to automatically detect and remove commercials, no I do not know of any. Nevertheless you can manually remove those segments with audio editing software.
