I have a Firewire amp and was hoping to feed it from Win XP. The amp supports the AV/C commands and if the driver did too then this would mean better quality sound for 44Khz than optical as well as allowing 24/192 stereo transfer and 24/96 5.1 transfer.

Does anyone know if such a thing exists?
