Well, if you've read the post on "Remastering Tip Advice", I used a Nomad Jukebox 3 to record a show. I have great mics, and a battery box but the recording came out strong on the right side only.

I returned my mics and having them replaced but just to cover my ground, I'm looking at a replacement to a Nomad Jukebox 3...

Which portable MP3 device would you recommend for taping shows besides Nomad Jukebox 3 which came out 2 years ago? Are there any other devices that offer line in and great sound for recording live shows?

thanks,
Alex

Geez you know a real easy way to test if it is the nomad would be to simply switch the left and right inputs then try again... I don't see why you're all replacing hardware and stuff.

Thanks for that, it's sorta a bummer that it only records .wav for 75 minutes of 800mbs...
