The following results are in the text file after Accurate Rip configured for EAC:

Congratulations, AccurateRip has been set up correctly. It is recommended that this disc is ripped to test the accuracy of your drive. Calculated offset value: +733 samples, +2932 bytes.

Using the manual test found in one of the guides directed from one of the FAQs from this forum, I got a result of +733. I had put that number in the EAC Drive Options F-10 in the Offset/Speed tab.

After installing Accurate Rip. This field became grayed out, and uncheckable with the +733 grayed out. I just don't know what this means???

Does it mean that Accurate Rip took over, and now it is in control of Offsets?Or are the offsets i created at +733 not in use. but why did Accurate Rip gray it out and make it uncheckable? (Not that I need to change it, since Accurate Rip came up with the same result i did using the manual test of ripping an original and ripping a burned CD and comparing their WAVs in EAC.)

It means accurate rip controls it. Since you use accurateRip to compare with a database it is important that the correct offset is use. And since you report your results to a databse it is important that the correct offset is used. not what people think is the right offset.
